and eventually lead to bleeding. And also roaming about with cracked heels is a

walk 1– hot water healing
Ingredients:
Luke
warm water

spoons baking soda
lavender
essential oil
Pumice
stone

Directions:
1. Pour
the warm water in a tub ,add 2spoon of baking soda , a few drops of lavender oil and 2
spoon salt. Soak feet in the mix for 15 minutes.
2. Finally,
exfoliate with pumice stone and again soak for 5mins.dry them off.

Ingredients:

spoon Sugar
Directions:
1. Take
a bowl and mix the 2 oil spoons and 1 spoon sugar.
2. Rub
gentle in circular motion in the feet
for 5 minutes.
3. Finally,
rinse them and pat dry as per usual.

a. Add
2 spoons of oil, in a bowl. Place bowl in hot water so that oil gets warmer.

How
to Do:
1.
Depending on the size of your foot tub
and your foot , take required amount of milk and place it on stove or microwave
to warm it up.
2.
Once the milk is warmed, place it in a foot
tub and soak your foots for about 10 minutes.
3.
After a soaking , add some amount of baking
soda and evenly shake over on your damp
foot, tops of your foot and ankles .
4.
gently rub the areas where the skin is
more thick and rough. Do it for other foot too
.
5.
Once you scrubbed enough, let your feet
soak again for 10 mins.
6.
Now rinse your feet with warm water and
pat dry them off.
7.
Finally, apply vaseline on your feet and
wear sock overnight.
- EPSOM SALT FOOT HEALER

EPSOM SALT

You’ll Need:
Epsom
salts
Aspirin
tablets
lemon
Plastic
wrap
Foot
tub
Cotton
or woolen socks
How to Do:
1.
Add Epsom salts and hot water in the
foot tub in ratio of 1:4 (cups : liter )
and now soak your feet in it for nearly half an hour.
2.
Take
aspirin tablets (5 to 10 nos) in a small bowl , squeeze the juice from lemon (one) in it and mix it well til you get
mixture like thick paste.
3.
When the is ready ,.

After 30mins of the soaking foot in hot
water, pat dry them with towel and now rub the aspirin mixture against the
rough and driest part of your foot skin
in order to remove dead skin.
5.
Then 2 no of
large plastic wrap to cover your foot , put on the socks and stay with the
paste from 4 hours(until you go to bed).

Remove the wraps and wash your feet with
warm water. And pat dry the

You’ll Need:
1 Lemon,
Coconut Oil
Socks.
How to Do:
1.
To take the lemon peel with little pulp
on it. Cut into halves and squeeze the lemon to get the juice out of it.
2.
Put the equal lemon halves openly to
your heels, put on your socks like that for half an hour. So that lemon peel
softens, exfoliate and regenerate the skin cell.

After that remove the socks and take a
look on your heels. And put into practice for at least 2-3 times a week, the
skin will look flawless.

1. Gently wash your feet to remove the dirt and Apply lemon juice directly on the rough skin.

IT WITH HONEY
Honey has many healing properties and is an excellent
product for skin.

How to Do:

Add a cup of raw honey to in a bucketful
of warm water.

Soak your feet in that bucket for around
10 to 15 minutes.

PREVENTION :
. Implement the above remedies and notice your feet getting better every day.

If you have the problem of calluses or
cracked heels, then apply a heavyweight moisturizing cream after bath each day
or at night before going to bed.

use the opposite end of a blackhead
remover to clean all the dirt from the sides of toenails, especially the
thumbs.

of Caution: Please do not use a sewing needle or safety pin for this.

Just swipe carefully over the hanging

the shoes (if wearing shoes on bare feet) or puff on your feet’s underside (if
wearing a sock) as this will absorb the sweat and get rid of the stench as
well.

You can also rub two drops of pure
sandalwood, lavender or chamomile oil on your feet before putting on your shoes

If you do not have the habit of wearing
polish on your toenails, try keeping a base coat on with a transparent top
coat.

If you are someone who wears shoes or
sandals for long hours, then Follow this with cleansing your feet with an antibacterial
soap.

Likewise, you can also wash your shoes
with an antiseptic liquid. Later dry them under the sun.

It is advisable to drink a lot of water
to keep your body hydrated and to avoid dryness in your skin
Moisturizers:
Petroleum Jelly
Regular use of
petroleum jelly like Vaseline works as a moisture barrier can be used in
treatment of cracked heels. Petroleum jelly.

petroleum jelly on cracked heels and in the morning you will notice some
improvements.
Vegetable Oil
Hydrogenated vegetable
oil is also considered an effective remedy for cracked heels. It reduces the
dryness of your heels and makes it softer by nourishing and hydrating the skin
Shea Butter
You can also use shea
butter to treat your cracked heels. Before going to bed wash, rinse and dry
your feet. Later, apply a Shea butter as a very good moisturizer and can heal
the dry and cracked feet, effectively.
Glycerin
The regular use of
glycerine can fasten the treatment of cracked heels as it is a very good natural
moisturizer.
Coconut oil / olive oil :
Coconut oil / olive oil is often
considered a “miracle” ingredient when it comes to skincare. However, its
benefits for extremely dry skin are pretty straightforward. Not only does
coconut oil help retain hydrating water on the skin’s surface, but it also
removes dead skin cells. On top of that, coconut oil can help strengthen
tissues underneath the epidermis
Essential oil
Essential oils (Tea tree oil ,Eucalyptus Oil Lemon
Oil, Lavender Oil, Peppermint Oil) are concentrated, botanical oils used for
massage and aromatherapy. Before applying, soak cracked heels in warm water.
Use a pumice stone to gently slough off dead skin. Massage a few drops of
essential oil into your heels. Wear clean, cotton socks to avoid staining
furniture or clothing. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, dilute
essential oils with equal parts vegetable or olive oil.
