GET TO KNOW HOW TO CARE YOUR FEET AND ITS BENEFITS...!!


Your feet take the weight of your whole body, so foot problems can quickly lead to discomfort and affect the way you walk. This can in turn cause knee, hip and back pain.Here are care to keep your feet in good condition and to prevent problems:

1.    Suffer From Varicose Veins
standing for long periods of time and not caring about feet are  also the main reason for varicose vein problem.
Care to be taken as follow as,
·       If you have tired and aching feet and suffer from varicose veins, then the following foot remedy will help –
·       Add 2 liters of boiled water, 2 cups pine needles (leaves), 2 cups rose petals and 2 tsp peppermint oil. And also add marbles or small pebbles in the tub and roll your heels on them to relax tired aching feet.
·       Massage the feet with castor oil and then soak them in this soothing brew for about 10 minutes.
·       Dry briskly with a towel and rub in a good lemon massage cream.
  2.    Suffer FromCracked Heels
I constantly receive requests for natural remedy for cracked heels. But honestly, one just has to be regular with a foot pedicure to keep the feet well moisturized and clean at all times.

Care to be taken as follow as

·       Clean the feet well with a pumice stone and nail brush and pat dry.
·       Massage the feet well with a heavy duty cream or sesame and sandalwood oil until the skin has absorbed most of it.
·       Melt a candle/ wax in a double boiler and when slightly cool, brush it on the heels and allow it to solidify.
·       Put on cotton socks and go to bed. In the morning, remove the socks and peel off the layer of wax.
·       This remedy is best followed at night.. Follow it daily for a week and you will find a huge difference in the way your feet look and feel.
3.    Suffer From Chipped Nails
     For those of you suffering from chipped nails,. Besides this, keep the nails short and well-trimmed to strengthen the base and let your nails breathe. Long toe nails not only look awful, but can be quite painful in closed shoes.

Care to be taken as follow as

·       mix 1 tsp of gelatine with half a glass of water and drink it daily for two weeks
4.    Suffer From  Bad Shape And Brittle Nails
Nails are made from keratin, a protein that's also found in your hair. Nails have multiple, tough layers that can peel, which can cause the nails to appear thin or become weakened causing them to brittle. 

Care to be taken as follow as

·       The solution to this suffering may be as simple as  to stock up on cuticle oil daily
·       Excessive hand washing allows water to seep into nails, swelling them and leading to brittleness.
·       Keep nails short. And don't: cut your cuticles
5.    Suffer From  Hangnail
Polish removers, freezing temperatures, and other external factors can dry out your nail plates—upping your chances of a hangnail  as you know, the painfully torn, dried up skin on the side or at the root of your nail .

Care to be taken as follow as

·       Using cuticle oil regularly is the best way to soften the surrounding area and prevent hangnails
·       keeping your cuticles hydrated can prevent the all-too-common winter problem
·       Don't  skip the base coat
6.    Suffer From  Staining Nail
It may seem like an unnecessary step—you paint over it anyway, right? Wrong: Applying polish directly to the nail or due to regular usage of nail polish over  nail can leave behind a yellow or grey tinge afterward.

Care to be taken as follow as

·       Base coats prevent dark colors from staining your nails
·       please let them breathe
·       rub lemon slices on the toe nails daily and allow the juice to soak in.
·       Do take supplements
7.    Suffer From  Nail Infection
Your cuticles act as a barrier against bacteria, protecting you from infection. So you shouldn’t overlook is cuticle cutting—even if it’s by a pro.

Care to be taken as follow as

·       apply cuticle oil to each nail and use an orange stick to push them back yourself.
·       Do the  reapply a topcoat every other day.
8.    Wash Your Feet Often

Keep your feet clean by washing them every day in warm soapy water.
But don't soak them, as this might destroy your skin's natural oils.

9.    Dry Your Feet Well

After washing feet, dry your feet especially between the toes to avoid fungal infections such as athlete's foot can develop.

10.   Moisturize And File

To remove hard skin and calluses scrub with pumice stone or foot file .
Apply moisturizing cream all over the foot, to keep moisturized
Carefully Cut and Trim your toenails regularly using proper nail clippers. Cut straight across, never at an angle or down the edges..
